The ROWTS ™ application enables transportation agencies (DOTs) to automate and manage the right‐of‐way business process. The application architecture supports a highly‐configurable workflow engine which provides the ROW manager the ability to assign different workflows for every ROW project if necessary. ROWTS ™ has a robust security module enabling a ROW manager to assign various tasks to appropriate personnel and restrict access to others.
